Red Jongkong is the red-veined variety of the Jongkong kratom strain which gets its name from the Jongkong region of the Borneo Island. It is typically considered to have a mild profile and a balanced aroma that leans slightly slower in general. The aroma of this red variety may be comparable to the red varieties of Sumatra, Indo and Kali. Amongst red, green and White Jongkong, the red variety typically contains the slowest aroma and mildest profile of the three varieties.
