White Sumatra is a white vein kratom strain originating from the Island of Sumatra, where the dense tropical forest, high humidity, and volcanic soil are believed to have influenced its alkaloid profile over time. White Sumatra is made from younger leaves, harvested earlier in the growth cycle than the green and red varieties of the Sumatra strain.
